The art of sale shopping!
I’m always looking for a great deal and for me as a stylist; a great deal means great quality and a great price.
So whenever I travel to sunny Florida to see my family (we usually go late winter). I’m always able to find mega-deals on their “winter” apparel.
I typically wear between a size 4 and 6 (more of a 6 right now..) but I’ll always look throughout all sizes, whether it’s scoring for myself or for clients.
Sizes on tags are so ridiculous these days that you’ve got to try multiple sizes on to know if it fits.
Don’t go by the tag (especially sale shopping). If you see something you like while you’re out shopping, don’t completely disregard it until you try it on. It may be a few sizes away.
I recently found a size 10 skirt on a sale rack that fit closer to a 6 and I absolutely believe it’s why I scored it because most folks that are a size 6 wouldn’t even look at a size 10 but that’s my big secret folks: look at all sizes.
You never know what you’ll find when you’re open to exploring.
